The information collected such as name , address and any personal medical information as well as parental or guardian contact information is to be kept with the leadership team in case of emergency including medical or in case of individual behavioral issues while on outings in or out of the city of Edmonton for any participating event of any or all of the members of the 175th Scouting Group.
